We cannot accept items that may pose a risk to the safety of our team and/or the items of other customers cleaned in the same facility. These include items that have been contaminated with:

• Bodily fluids from humans or pets
• Excessive pet hair
• Mildew
• Bedbugs
• Poison Ivy or Poison Oak oils
• Hazardous chemical residue

We're trying to remind you and reach you, but if you forget to put your laundry out for a pickup, it's a $10 fee.

We follow best practices for cleaning all orders. This includes following your specifications, washing in cold water, and using medium heat for drying. We provide the option to choose scented or hypoallergenic detergent or your own. If you have special requests or preferences around the dry temperature, detergent, or fabric softener, you can adjust your account preferences.

We launder clothes in cold water as recommended by laundry experts. However, if you want us to launder in hot water, simply request it and we will accommodate you.

You must give us permission in your account to leave your clothes. If you are not going to be home for the pickup/delivery, tell us where to leave them.

We separate whites, lights, and darks into different machines. We also pull out delicate items and place them in a special laundry bag to further protect them.

We do light stain removal. Please put any clothing that needs special attention in a small bag with a note on what you need done. We will do the best we can. However, if you pretreat a stain as soon as it happens, the odds go up that it will be successfully removed.

You can use a laundry bag or even a large trash bag. No hampers.

We weigh your clothing before and after we launder them. The clothing is charged based on the after weight. Sometimes our customers send clothes that are wet or damp. Wet clothes and towels weigh more than dry ones. So, we don't want to charge you for the extra water weight.

We are not able to read individual label washing instructions. If you have items needing special care, please bag them separately and include instructions.
